My research revolves primarily around understanding how linguistic patterns can arise from interactions between dynamical systems, as opposed to operations on symbolic structures
Syntax with oscillators and energy levels
Syntactic patterns arise from a mechanism which transiently stabilizes a relative energy hierarchy. The energy hierarchy governs a diverse set of conceptual systems which are coupled and oscillatory.
